We use soft and stretchy fabrics for our garments which makes sizing flexible. Usually, one size can fit across two or three sizes. For example, if your size is M, you will most certainly fit into a S dress in mesh fabric due to high stretch.
The sizing table indicates the "stretch". 32"-36" means that the garment will stretch from 32" to 36" and fit the sizes in between. The best way to ensure fit is to take your measurements with the measuring tape.
