The sizing table indicates the "stretch".  32"-36"  means that the garment will stretch from 32" to 36" and fit the sizes in between.  The best way to ensure fit is to take your measurements with the measuring tape.

Wonderfully comfortable and stylish, these tango pants can be worn as wide-leg or harem-style with simple adjustment of the ankle strap. The strap is held with a crystal buckle.
